Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident when booking with us. Please review the relevant cancellation terms based on the type of booking.

Day Tours and Local Experiences Cancellation Policy:

These terms apply to half-day and full-day tours:

• Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the tour start time

• No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time

• No changes accepted within 24 hours of the experience

• Cut-off times are based on the local time of the tour

• If the tour is cancelled due to poor weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund
  You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund

Safari Cancellation Policy (Multi-Day Trip)

Due to the complex logistics and advance bookings involved in safari planning, the following terms apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund (minus administrative fees)

• 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking cost

• 15 to 29 days before departure: 25% refund of the total booking cost

• 14 days or less before departure: No refund will be issued

• No-shows or early departures: Non-refundable

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

Flight-Related Bookings:

• Cancellations and refunds are subject to airline policies

• Additional charges may apply for changes or rebooking
  

Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events):

In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events:

• Rescheduling may be offered at no additional cost

• Refunds will depend on third-party supplier terms (lodges, park fees, etc.)

Booking Amendments:

• Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional costs

• Please contact us as early as possible for any amendments

Accessibility & Traveller Info:

• Accessibility varies by activity. Some tours may be suitable for guests with mobility needs, while others may not.
